Rewiring the Nervous System
We dedicate this weekend to calming & resetting your nervous system.
Begin each morning with the tranquility of Guided Breathwork to soothe your stress response, followed by gentle movement experiences that allows you to fully unwind.
Through Self-Compassion exercises, we learn to replace self-criticism with kindness.
End each day with Restorative Energy Work & Meditation practices; helping you integrate your experiences & deepen your sense of inner peace.
Building Resilience
Part of calming & resetting the nervous system is building resilience & sustaining calm in your everyday life.
Engage in activities such as group connection and reflective journaling to strengthen your emotional resilience.
Learn practical strategies for Setting Boundaries & achieving Work-Life Integration.
