What if it is just a story, that we buy & sell as true? As soon as we buy into an idea, it becomes true for us. These thoughts have a very physical effect on the body. Our brains like to create pathways for speed & efficiency, sending signals that create a hormonal response in our systems. The more disempowering stories we sell ourselves around our “fate” as an “aging woman” The faster the brain reacts, creating a waterfall of physical symptoms. Catching ourselves in these thoughts & interrupting them can have huge benefits in reducing our physical symptoms.
